"Post/Wing" camp will specifically focus on individual skills for low post and wing play. Players will learn proper footwork and a variety of ways to score on the block. Players will also learn:
- Getting Position in the Post
- Reading the Defense in Half-Court Sets
- Playing with your Back to the Basket
- Turning and Facing Defense
- Passing Out of the Low Block
- Offensive and Defensive Rebounding
- Setting Screens
- Variety of Scoring Moves in the Paint
What Each Player Should Bring: Shorts, T-Shirts, Socks, Basketball Shoes, Water Bottle and an Attitude to Learn and Improve!
Each player will receive handouts fo material covered and drills demonstrated!
