The First Tee's Kids Health and Fitness Expo

The First Tee of Greater Seattle is hosting a free Health and Fitness Expo at Greenlake Elementary on Thursday, March 7th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Health and Fitness Expo will highlight the nine health habits The First Tee uses as a part of their curriculum derived from the ANNIKA (Sorenstam) Foundation. The Health and Fitness Expo will expose youth and their families to activity stations, including: golf, yoga, Crossfit, Zumba and even a bouncy house for younger children. The Expo will also feature fitness and health businesses, including: PCC, KIND, Super Jock n’ Jill, the WA State Dairy Council, Austin Foundation, Morgan Junction Crossfit, Seattle Marathon, Boeing Classic, Emerald City Smoothie, and many, many more. Youth and their families are encouraged to come and enjoy free food, activity stations and different ways to incorporate health and fitness into their everyday lives!
