Fred Meyer Recalls Cupcakes Over 'Health Hazard'

UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA - Fred Meyer has issued a recall of carrot cupcakes sold in January due to a health hazard.

The cupcakes contain milk and soy, which could cause allergic reactions, the company is saying. Fred Meyer says that customers who bough the Bakery Fresh Goodness brand carrot cupcakes should return them for a full refund.

Here are the cupcakes involved in the recall:

• Bakery Fresh Goodness Carrot Cupcakes, 12 count - UPC 41573-27732, sell by Jan. 30, 2017
• Bakery Fresh Goodness Carrot Cupcakes, 25 count - UPC 41573-27731, sell by Jan. 30, 2017
