Fund For Slain Washington State Patrol Trooper Established at Key Bank
The account is meant to assist the family of Tony Radulescu during their time of need, according to WSP. The agency also asks people not set up roadside memorials near the crime scene on Highway 16.

(Editor's note: I just got this from the Washington State Patrol)
Planning of a memorial service for Trooper is only now beginning, and will be conducted in accordance with his family’s wishes. We will announce the plans for a memorial service as soon as they are determined.
A donation account has been opened in Trooper Radulescu’s name, to assist his family in this time of need. Donations to the “Anthony Radulescu Memorial Fund” may be made at any Key Bank.

Those wishing to present flowers or other expressions of appreciation for Trooper Radulescu’s life of service are asked to do so at the State Patrol District Headquarters at 4811 Werner Road in Bremerton. A memorial site has been placed at a prominent location in front of the building.
We respectfully ask that flowers not be left along SR 16 at the site of the shooting. The road is narrow at that point and it’s not necessarily safe to be out beside the roadway.

The criminal investigation into the shooting remains in the hands of the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office. Any information about the case will be released by that agency.
