This spring I started seriously my gardening adventure. I had planted Dahlia Bulbs and Sunflower seeds. I have a large backyard, which has needed a tremendous amount of cleanup, and after three summers looks much tidier.
So, as an enthusiastic novice gardener, I proceeded with my plantings.
I must say, I was very vigilant about looking after my seedlings, following all the gardening advice I could muster. Included in this, of course, was reading any copy of Sunset Magazine I can get my hands on. I am a subscriber of course. I am proud to say I have had success with my Dahlias and what looks to be my spectacular looking Sunflower.
