Thinking about Initiative 522, if GMO foods are so great, how come your box of Wheaties isn't touting it as "New and Improved!" with GMO grain just like it would with added protein, vitamins, and a good source or fiber??? Also some food plants' DNA have been altered to include systemic pesticides like nicotine. Would you like to unknowingly eat a food that had nicotine in it? I'm just wondering why Con Ag and Monsanto aren't blazenly advertising their foods are GMO instead of resisting labeling that discloses they are. If it was a good thing, wouldn't you want people to know???
