Last Chance To Register For Duck The Halls

Time is running out for carolers to sign up for the 1st annual Caroling Contest in University Place!

It’s easy to enter…just get a team together with friends, family or co-workers.  Each team must prepare at least two holiday/seasonal songs (maximum time limit 8 minutes). Groups will be judged on musical ability, enthusiasm and creativity. Costumes/seasonal attire are encouraged.
 
The event is scheduled for Friday, December 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Market Square, (36th Street and Bridgeport Way West) directly in front of the new Civic/Library Building. Parking is available underneath the library on Drexler Drive.
 
Registration is free; however, groups must provide 5 items of nonperishable food (or comparable cash donation) for the UP Food Bank. Audience members are also encouraged to bring food for the food bank.
