OBITUARY: Beverly J. Fowlkes

Beverly J. Fowlkes was born on August 10, 1932 and walked into the loving arms of her Lord on December 30, 2011 from complication related to Parkinson’s disease. Beverly grew up in Tacoma and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1950. Shortly after graduation she met the love of her life Dave and they were married for 61 years.
 
Beverly is survived by her husband Dave and their children: Donivan (Becky), David (Patty), Jo Anne (Larry), Cathy (Bruce), and Jon (Cheryl).  She had 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren who she loved dearly.
 
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012, 10:15 at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St, Kent.  Following the service, a celebration of Bev’s life will be held at 12:00 Brookdale Greens Club House, 13702 20th Ave E, Tacoma.
