Tacoma Bank Robber Strikes Again

Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is asking for public help to identify a suspect wanted in local armed bank robberies.

Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspect responsible for a bank robbery.

At 4:55 p.m. on Friday June 28th, 2013, the pictured suspect robbed a Key Bank located in the 3500 block of S. 19th St. in the City of Tacoma.  The suspect entered the bank and showed the teller a note threatening he was armed with a gun and demanding cash.  The suspect took the money and ran away.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20’s, 5’6” to 5’8” tall, with a thin build and short black hair.  During the robbery he was seen wearing a black jacket with “USA” and the Olympic rings logo on the left chest, black gloves, and a black and gold striped New Orleans Saints baseball hat.

Detectives believe this suspect is also responsible for a bank robbery on June 24th at a US Bank on S. 38th St. in Tacoma.
