Tacoma Chipotle Offers Free Burritos for Teachers on Tuesday

The Mexican grill is holding a nation-wide buy-one, get-one-free promotion for teachers and educators for Teacher Appreciation Day.

Teachers and educators can get a free Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito after 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Day. The only catch: You must purchase another menu item in order to get your free burrito, salad, burrito bowl or tacos.

It's a buy-one, get-one-free promotion that's open to all teachers and educations who "show a valid school ID identifying them as staff," according to a news release.

"Connecting with educators and other key community groups is part of who we are, and we're always happy when our work makes an impact upon the communities where we operate,” said Chris Arnold, communications director at Chipotle, in a news release.
