University Place Tests CodeRED; Encourages People To Sign Up

The City of University Place , and for the most part, it was successful.

But for anyone who didn't receive a call, University Place Police is encouraging them to sign up for the emergency alert system online.

University Place introduced the emergency alert system last year. It has already used CodeRED to alert residents about a rash of car break-ins.

You must be a UP resident to sign up for the alert system, which can notify you via cell phone.
