Video Of University Place Shooting Suspects Released
Wilberth Acala, 22, and Adrian Valencia-Cuevas, 19, were found dead in a car in a residential neighborhood Monday morning.
UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA - Police have identified the two men shot and killed early Monday morning in University Place. Police have also released a video of two potential suspects seen running from the scene of the shooting.
Wilberth Acala, 22, and Adrian Valencia-Cuevas, 19, were found dead in a Dodge Charger along the 6200 block of 63rd Street West. Both men were shot in the head. The shooting happened sometime before 5:30 a.m.
A local resident called police after seeing the two men motionless inside the car.

Pierce County detectives are asking for help from citizens who might have seen anything suspicious early Monday morning. Police believe the suspects were in the vicinity of Alameda Avenue and 56th St. near Cirque Drive West between 4 and 5 a.m. Monday.
