After visiting Chambers Creek Properties today, children who participate in Metro Parks Tacoma's Summer Meals Program got a visit from the professional soccer player who encouraged them to work hard and make good choices.

The 20th overall pick of the 2011 Major League Soccer Superdraft and Generation Adidas player spoke to the kids about hard work, eating right and making good choices.
The 22-year-old answered questions from the crowd, signed autographs and even participated in a makeshift scrimmage at the Heidelberg Sports Complex near Cheney Stadium in Tacoma.
