VIEWFINDER: Steel Birds Newest Addition To Playground By The Sound

Local metal artist and architect Jennifer Weddermann created the birds, and the project was organized by Playground by the Sound volunteer Bay Stemp.

Weddermann told Patch that the effort - which was coordinated by one of the playground effort's most dedicated volunteers, Bay Stemp - features a blue heron, an osprey, a cormorant and a bald eagle.
