Nourishing the Mind, Body and Heart Through Whole Food

Are you interested in learning more about the relationship between the food on your plate and your health? In this interactive three- class series, you will learn practical and delicious ways to gain a deep understanding about the benefits of eating whole, unprocessed food. At the end of each class, enjoy a light meal featuring local and pesticide-free ingredients.

Awareness, nutrition, movement and sleep create the foundation for living a vibrant, energetic life. Join us as we learn just how important these are to living a vibrant, energetic life.

Menu: Green Power Smoothie, Rainbow Wrap, Hummus & Veggies

Instructor:

Ellie Freeman holds a Masters degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University. She firmly believes that whole food is an elixir of health and uses it to stabilize energy, improve digestion and optimize weight.

Registration & Enrollment:
