21 Acres: Food Service Skills & Etiquette

Are
you currently working in food service and would like to make sure you
have top notch serving skills? Are you thinking about looking for a job
as a server, host or hostess and would like to bolster your resume? If
so, register for this class and learn how to set and serve a formal
dinner, staff a conference lunch or dinner and set a buffet as well as
other serving basics. 

Our faculty, Yvonne Branscomb and Julie
Graham, have the expertise to train top notch wait staff to work in
restaurants, event venues or private homes with the confidence needed
for any food service environment.  Please note: Young people are
encouraged to attend. Class also includes information about local foods
so that you know more about pesticide & hormone free ingredients
many chefs are adding to their menus enabling you to keep up with the
seasons. 

Certificate upon completion to add to your resume.


Class fee is $20. There are three ways
