21 Acres: Parent and Kid "Sustainable" Pizza Making Class -Let's Make Pizza Using Your Bread Machine with Your Kids

21 Acres and Seattle's largest Japanese Community Portal Site "Jungle City"
invite you and your kids to the simple, easy and fun pizza making class
using the bread machine.  During this class, we will discuss about the
food grown in the State of Washington, organic food, and GMO issues.  If
you are concerned about food safety and interested in farm fresh food,
this is a great opportunity to learn while enjoying pizza making.  All
ingredients used in the class are locally grown including the flour and
cheese, and vegetable will be coming from the 21 Acres Farm.

Instructor:

Born and Raised in Tokyo, Japan, Asako Fukuda Sullivan has lived in the
U.S. for over 20 years.  Previously working in the field of
International Sales and Marketing, she has experienced a variety of food
culture around the world.  When she needed to move on from her busy
traveling life, she returned to the Pâtisserie and Baking program at Le
Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Art to fulfill her lifelong passion for
cooking.  After working for some restaurants and caterers, she had
joined the 21 Acres kitchen team where her love for the food and nature
can be a great asset.  You may likely see her in the kitchen baking, or
creating some Japanese and Asian Inspired fares for the market and
events at 21 Acres.

The price for one adult is $30, one adult and one child is $40, plus $7 for each additional child. There are three ways
to register; online at https://sustainablepizza.eventbrite.com/,
