Menu: Jerusalem Artichoke, Fennel and Apple Salad; Linguine with Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Walnuts and Cream; Crispy Roasted Cauliflower with Spicy Vinaigrette; and Braised Kale and Chickpeas with Smoked Paprika.
