3 From Woodinville Company Charged With Raping Employee: Report

The three men worked at drywall contractor Northwest Partitions. The victim was a drywall apprentice at the company.

WOODINVILLE, WA - Three men who worked at a Woodinville drywall company have been accused of raping an apprentice multiple times last fall, according to the Seattle P-I. The three men, who were foremen at Northwest Partitions, attacked the woman at job sites in Seattle, Lynnwood, and Renton, according to the report.

Matthew Riley, 33, Mauricio Antonio-Perez, 38, and Ramiro Benicio-Zepeda, 41, allegedly attacked the woman between September and October. She reported the attacks to her union supervisor in November, according to the report.

The three men are being held at the King County Jail. Riley is facing second and third-degree rape charges. Antonio-Perez is facing a third-degree rape charge, and Benecio-Zepeda is facing a second-degree rape charge.

They have been placed on unpaid leave from the company. The victim is on paid leave, Northwest Partitions CEO James Kahler told the P-I.
