Not an ordinary Bake Sale at Woodinville Monastery

Kids of Thai Mom Group, "The Wholemilk",  keep on their merit making project.  Last month, they entertained people at a senior house in Bellevue. This month, they hand on baked Sales as part of  fundraising for the new meditation hall at at Atammayatarama Buddhist Monastery.

The bake sale is Saturday, Aug. 4 at the Monastery at The temple is located on   19301 176th Ave NE. Woodinville. Thus, Marknisha went to her grandma’s and baked many cookies for the fundraising. Her grandma gave her some recipes to choose. Finally, she decided to make the chocolate chip for everybody would love it.

She also baked snicky doodles which was the most difficult and took time. She also have ginger cookies and banana cookies that riches with cool ingredients. She looks forward to sell them all for she wants the temple to have all the money and the new hall could be done.

Whilst, Nicholas thought that just cookies might not be attractive enough. Therefore, he prepares many other stuffs for sale including some "Hugs".
I believe the kids would be glad to have lots of people visited the temple and cheer them up!!
