Common Core & Resegregation?

Does Common Core exist as an alternative to actually addressing the disparity in school funding between wealthy school communities & poor school communities?

Is this an example of the debris left by a substantial resegregation of schools by the resegregation of neighborhoods.

Common Core attempts to addresses the disparity in achievement without addressing the disparity in funding. And, it has the backing of liberal Obama policymakers & conservative smaller government policymakers.
