21 Acres Culinary Program: Home Bread-Making

Fresh Thinking: Cooking seasonally with sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms. The Home Bread-Making class is offered as part of the 21 Acres School.

Home bread-making is a great art and one of the most satisfying skills to master. If you find bought loaves to sweet or too salty then making your own is a great option. Learn how to mix a range of wolegrain doughs, knead by hand and shape into free form loaves, tin loaves and rolls. All our flours are locally grown and milled.

  • Wholegrain loaf with nuts and seeds
  • Hazelnut oat bread
  • Cottage cheese and dill rolls
  • Dark chocolate stout bread
  • Baguette
