21 Acres Culinary Program: Tapas and Local Wines

Fresh Thinking: Cooking seasonally with sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms. The Tapas and Local Wines class is offered as part of the 21 Acres School.

Tapas are a great way to do appetizers - Spanish style. Recipes can be made ahead or make a great cook-as-you-go party for friends who like to hang out in your kitchen. We will sample some Woodinville red wines with our small plates and will sample each dish as it is made.
