“Learn how to Impress Your Sweetheart” is the theme of this month’s cooking class at The Estate House on Thursday, Feb 9th with Bobby Moore from 6:30-9:00pm. Chef Bobby will put together some aphrodisiac courses for you and your sweetheart to enjoy. Each of you will learn how to shuck oysters and make a mignonette, sear Ahi and create a creamed cranberry beat reduction, make homemade Crème Fresh and Chocolate truffles Each course will be paired with either a Matthews or Tenor wine.
