INTRO TO YOGA WORKSHOP

Yoga cultivates peace within, relaxation and inner harmony. It helps with physical ailments, purifies the body and strengthens the muscles. We truly care about the wellness ofall beings and offer an Intro to Yoga workshop to teach  you how yoga fully integrates the body, mind and spirit. In this workshop, we will teach the philosophy of yoga based on the eight limbs of yoga. Yoga posture alignment will be introduced and explained. The anatomy of the body will be shown and taught in a simple respect for you to easily understand. With this knowledge of yoga, you can develop a strong foundation to reap the many benefits of a dedicated yoga practice. Come prepared for this two-hour workshop with loose fitting attire, yoga mat, water, pen & journal. Be prepared to awaken your mind, smile in your heart and move your body!
