Ironheart Classic and Nick of Time Community Festival

Nick of Time Community Festival – A Taste of Health and Fitness will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in conjunction with the Ironheart Classic, a 4 mile and 8 mile run.

The event will take place at Marymoor Park located at 6046 W Lake Sammamish Parkway NE Redmond, Washington 98052.  

This community event has been established to raise public awareness and promote heart healthy choices and lifestyles.  Ultimately, the goal of the Nick of Time Community Festival is to encourage individuals to assume responsibility for their own health and fitness. We plan on having a host of health and fitness related companies, groups and organizations participate by providing fun, engaging and interactive opportunities for all that attend.  Included will be obstacle courses, fitness and health testing, nutrition/healthy cooking information and samples as well as opportunities to explore preventative health and recreational opportunities for children and adults looking to make changes to their lifestyle.
