SEPAC is pleased to welcome back Dr. Elizabeth Smith as one of the presenters. Dr. Smith is a Learning Disabilities
specialist in private practice who provides diagnostic testing & consultation services to parents, schools, and other
professionals. She has more than two decades of experience helping children and adults with learning disabilities realize their full academic potential. Dr. Smith is the current Board President of the WA State branch of the
Learning Disabilities Association of America. She received her Ph. D., M.S. and B.S. in Learning Disabilities from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. www.kinderminds.com
