WHS Theatre Company present Into The Woods

The Woodinville High School Theatre Company’s season draws to a close with Stephen Sondheim’s thrilling, entertaining, and marvelous Into the Woods, directed by Leslie Herlich. The show digs into everyone’s favorite childhood fairy tales, like “Little Red Riding Hood,” “Jack and the Bean Stalk,” and “Cinderella.” Suddenly thrown together these once self-absorbed dream seekers must discover how to pull together as a community to survive the woods. Into the Woods had a national tour in 1998 as well as a Broadway revival in 2002, winning several Tony awards, including Best Score, Best Book, and Best Actress in a Musical. With such a wide range of talent, Into the Woods will send audiences home reliving their childhoods and singing.

The show will have performances April 25, 26, and 27 and May 2, 3, and 4 in the new Woodinville High School Theater. The show will begin at 7:30, but make sure to purchase your tickets early so you can receive a good seat. Tickets will cost $10 for students/seniors, $12 for general admission, and $15 for reserved seats.  Visit www.woodinvilledrama.org to purchase reserved tickets.
