feelings, sensations, and
emotions in silent meditation, and with mindfulness
through-out the day.
(Please
note this is not a religious activity.)
Join our FREE meditation
retreat in a serenity environment. The Retreat
includes sitting and walking meditation practice, chanting, talks given by our
resident Monk, and Thai Vegetarian meals. We also have mindfulness gentle yoga
session for students who want to stretch out after a long practice. For sleeping accommodations, you will stay as
minimalist in your own tent.
If you are new to meditation, we suggest you to arrive at 5pm on Friday in order to have an introduction orientation with the monk. Otherwise, please arrive
by 6:30pm on Friday for check-in and you could leave the retreat on Sunday 9am
or consider to continue with the temple’s Sunday services.
