John Howie Steak will be hosting a guest sommelier night on Thursday, August 22nd from 5 – 10pm during dinner service. Advanced Sommelier Chris Lara of Cadence Winery will be showcasing their Bordeaux-styled blends. Two wine flights will be available, the Camerata flight for $35 and the Taptiel flight for $15. The award-winning wines will also be available by the bottle.
