Human Remains Found Off SR 522
A road cleanup crew discovered the unidentified remains on Wednesday afternoon.
WOODINVILLE, WA - A Snohomish County roadside cleanup crew discovered human remains near SR 522 on Wednesday afternoon, according to the sheriff's office.
According to police, the remains were found along with a blanket and suitcase. The age, gender, and identity of the person was undetermined as of Thursday morning. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will examine the remains to find out how the person died.
The remains were found just north of SR 522 near the intersection of Downes Road and Fales Road. The location is just northwest of the Echo Lake Golf Club.
