Jamie Haggard Murder: Missing Mother's Remains Found
The mother of two was last seen two years ago. King County detectives have searched multiple locations for her remains since.

WOODINVILLE, WA - The remains of missing Woodinville mother Jamie Haggard were found recently in Snohomish County, just over two years after she disappeared.
Haggard's remains were found in May by a crew doing cleanup work along Fales Road, just north of SR 522 northeast of Woodinville.
"This is an ongoing active murder investigation for the King County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives are interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence and reviewing evidence for DNA analysis," King County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Ryan Abbott said in a statement released Friday.

Haggard disappeared on June 8, 2016,. On July 16, 2016, King County investigators searched her former home located along the 8200 block of Northeast 145th Street.
Shortly after her disappearance, all activity on her bank accounts stopped, according to police. In May 2017, King County detectives excavated a yard near Bastyr University. Nothing was found during that search.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner ruled Thursday that Haggard's death was homicide by "homicidal violence."
