Memorial Day is Monday, May 30; here is a list of what’s open and what government offices are closed.

City of Woodinville is closed.

The King County Library System, including the Woodinville and Kingsgate branches are closed.

Northshore School District is closed Monday, classes will resume May 31.

Lake Washington School District: Closed Monday, classes will resume May 31.

King County government: Closed.

King County Metro: Reduced weekday schedule.

King County Transfer Stations: Open.

State of Washington: Closed.

State liquor stores: Most will be open.

Washington State Ferries: All routes will operate on a normal schedule.

Federal government (including the U.S. Postal Service): Closed

Banks: Many, if not most, will be closed.

Express delivery companies: FedEx and UPS will be open.

Waste Management: Regular recycling and garbage service in most Western Washington areas on
