Police Need Help Finding Sex Assault Suspect

Police are looking for anyone who was in the neighborhood near the I-405 and SR 522 interchange last Sunday.

BOTHELL, WA - Local police are asking for help finding a suspect wanted in a burglary and sex assault that took place along Woodinville Drive last week. Bothell police are asking anyone who was in the vicinity to contact them about anything that looked suspicious or out of place.

The assault happened last Sunday around 10:15 a.m. along the 10500 block of Woodinville Drive Northeast, which is near the I-405 overpass at the Snoqualmie River and the SR 522 interchange.

According to the city of Bothell, the woman returned to her home and found a man inside. The suspect then sexually assaulted the woman before fleeing. Police responded to the scene at around 10:40 a.m., according to the city, and so the suspect might have been leaving the area around that time.

The suspect is described as a white man who was wearing a dark colored T-shirt and jeans.
