PopUp Storywalk Experience Returns To Brightwater
Read a children's story while enjoying a hike around Brightwater Treatment Center through mid-April.

WOODINVILLE, WA - The interactive reading experience PopUp Storywalk is returning to Brightwater this month, featuring the story "The Water Princess" By Susan Verde.
A group mothers from the Woodinville area created the PopUp Storywalk program last year. It combines reading with hiking, allowing families to read Pacific Northwest-themed children's books page by page along local walking pathways.
Elisabeth Lepine, a Kenmore mother, got the idea to create local story-walks after seeing a similar program in Connecticut. Lepine and two other Northshore School District mothers, Jasmin Thankachen and Beth Yost, set up the story-walks and maintain them.
