REMINDER: 520 Bridge Closure Closed Friday Through Early Monday Morning
Closure started on Friday night and continues through the weekend.
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) warns that this weekend's SR 520 closure has the potential to cause gridlock throughout the region.
WSDOT asks that drivers avoid discretionary trips during the closure, carpool and use transit. The agency plans for six additional weekend 520 closures through the end of the year, with the next closure planned for a weekend in July.
