Ruby Bridges Elementary Is 99.5% Complete

Ruby Bridges Elementary is 99.5% complete. All commissioning for the school’s systems is complete, with the HVAC system testing that wrapped up in August. The team continues to work through the project’s punch list, which initially had more than 3,000 items to complete. The list has about 400 items remaining, most of which are paint touch ups. Furniture for the library, office and classrooms has been delivered.

The project is awaiting a certificate of occupancy, which is expected in September.

This project was made possible by the generous support of Northshore voters, who approved the 2018 bond.
