Snoqualmie Ice Creamery Offering Free Ice Cream and Hot Dogs
The Maltby ice cream company is celebrating the start of summer with a party to celebrate its new sustainable farm.
The first annual Snoqualmie Ice Cream-O-Rama featuring free ice cream, free family-friendly music, free hot dogs and free tours of the Snoqualmie Ice Creamery is Saturday, June 25, at the Maltby company’s headquarters.
The creamery and café, 21106 86th Ave SE, Snohomish, is opening its doors for tours of both the creamery and the 1.5 acre sustainable farm onsite. The new farm will provide the some of key ingredients for the company’s ice cream, sorbet and frozen custard.
Barry Bettinger, owner of Snoqualmie Ice Cremery, grew up on his family’s farm in New York. After deciding to be a dairy farmer, he worked for years managing a dairy farm before moving to the Northwest and starting his own creamery.
