• Circuit Court Orders David Tabb To Be Removed From County Commission Ballot (observerwv.com subscription) — A Jefferson County judge has ruled that David Tabb cannot appear on the November county commission ballot for the Harpers Ferry Magisterial District because he legally resides in the Charles Town Magisterial District. The Jefferson County Ballot Commission will meet September 15 to carry out the order, while Tabb has filed an appeal that was denied a stay, keeping the ballot change on track.
