While several Democrats have lined up to challenge the Republican governor for the state's top post, a clear front-runner has yet to emerge.

Walker stood on the factory floor of Weldall Manufacturing Sunday afternoon, saying that earning a third term "is not going to be easy."
“Today there are more people working than ever before, property and income taxes will be lower in 2018 than they were in 2010, and we’re making historic investments in our classrooms,” Gov. Walker said. “We’ve come a long way together in the fight for hard-working families, but there’s more to be done and I’m ready to keep moving Wisconsin forward with more bold reform.”

Walker was joined by Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch, his wife, Tonette, and sons Matt and Alex. In the coming days, the Walker campaign said the governor will crisscross the entire state, making more than a dozen stops in every corner of Wisconsin to talk about his political record and his future plans for the state.
