Kris has a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University in Management and Communications, as well as numerous professional certifications around HR and professional development. Kris joins Fox with a strong background in developing cultural initiatives and leading Human Resources and Training teams, most recently with the accounting and consulting firm Clifton Larson Allen.

She also spent over ten years as the Vice President of People & Culture at Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin, where she helped implement and guide the organization with many positive people centric initiatives. Kris has been very involved in our community, having served on the Fox Cities YMCA Corporate Board, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging) & HR Committees, the New North Economic Development Group, Neenah Animal Shelter Board, and the Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy, to name a few.
