What’s After High School is an overview of the transition to adult life for young adults with disabilities and/or special health care needs. This training is perfect for families with children ages 14 - 21 and the providers and school staff who work with them.

After the training session, Appleton Area School District staff will lead a conversation to learn what is important to you and what needs and challenges families and transition-age students are experiencing.

When: November 18, 4:30 – 5:30 (training) / 5:30 – 6:30 (community conversation)
