2018 Halloween Brookfield Trick-Or-Treat Times, Dates

BROOKFIELD, WI -- It will soon be time to gather up your little ghosts and ghouls and head out for trick-or-treating.

Here are Brookfield's Trick or Treat times for 2018:

Saturday, Oct. 27

Elm Grove 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

City of Brookfield 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Town of Brookfield 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Be sure to have an extra safe Halloween this year by remembering these trick-or-treat tips:

• Young children should always be accompanied by an adult
• Never trick or treat alone
• Wait to eat any candy until you get home and can check it over
• Walk on sidewalks where available
• Cross the street at corners or in a crosswalk and don't run
• Carry a flashlight
• Visit only houses where the lights are on
