21-Year-Old Woman Died In Head-On Crash: Report
Deputies on-scene reported that alcohol was a possible factor in the crash.

ST. CROIX COUNTY, WI -- Authorities say a 21-year-old woman is dead after a head-on collision on Highway 35/64 late Friday night.
According to the St. Croix County Sheriff's office, 21-year-old Stefanie S. Biedler of Somerset was driving east on Highway 35/64 in Somerset at just after 11 p.m. Friday when she was struck by a woman driving the wrong direction.
Sheriff's officials say Christina M. Wiederin was driving west in the east lanes of the same highway when her vehicle, a 2012, Ford Fusion, collided with Biedler's 2007 Chevy Malibu.

Officials say Biedler, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by the St. Croix County Medical Examiner. Wiederin, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported to Regions Hospital in St. Paul by first-responders with serious injuries.
Deputies on-scene reported that alcohol was a possible factor in the crash, though did not specify to what degree.
