25-Year-Old Brookfield Man Gets OWI in Whitefish Bay
An officer stopped the driver of a green Subaru on the 100 block of E. Hampton Ave. for driving 43 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per hour zone
WHITEFISH BAY, WI — A 24-year-old Brookfield man was arrested in Whitefish Bay last week on suspicion of OWI.
According to police reports, an officer stopped the driver of a green Subaru on the 100 block of E. Hampton Ave. for driving 43 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per hour zone just after 3 a.m. on Aug. 25.
When the driver was met by police, an intoximeter test indicated he had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.21.
