3 Brookfield Students Honored With Herb Kohl Scholarships
Two Brookfield Central High School seniors and one senior from Brookfield East were honored. Congratulations!
BROOKFIELD, WI – The selection committee for the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Scholarship and Fellowship Program has announced recipients of the 2019 Herb Kohl Foundation awards for students, teachers and principals.
Brookfield Central High School seniors Sabrina Huang and Katherine Liu and Brookfield East senior Arjun Shreekumar were awarded Excellence Scholarships on behalf of the foundation for their academic leadership.
Awards in the amount of $6,000 are being made to 100 teachers, 16 principals, their schools, and $10,000 scholarships will be given to 188 graduating high school students.

“The Kohl Foundation’s commitment to students throughout Wisconsin continues to be remarkable,” said Superintendent Mark Hansen. “Congratulations to Sabrina, Katherine, and Arjun on this incredible recognition.”
