3 New Retailers Pitched For Brookfield Corridor

BROOKFIELD, WI -- Old Navy, Five Below and Party City could be coming to the Corridor in Brookfield, but first plans to add the three businesses have to get approval from the Common Council.

According to plans submitted to the Brookfield Plan Commission for review on Sep. 17, Irgens, the developer of The Corridor are asking for approval of a revised plan and amendment to the Corridor development agreement to build an approximately 33,600 square-foot multi-tenant retail addition onto the south wall of the building at 345 Discovery Drive.

The developer says that Old Navy and Party City would each occupy about 12,500 square feet of the space with Five Below taking up the rest.

The Corridor is located along I-94 between Bluemound and Calhoun Roads.
