Germantown

Chief Peter Hoell said that they were not able to end the night with the fireworks. The fireworks staff who works this event could not load the tubes in heavy rain and lighting in time for the event, even if we delayed it until 10 p.m. They waited till the very last minute to start, and then the rain picked up and they had to cancel. The decision to move forward and then cancel all happened within 10 minutes.
