Alleged Kohl's Department Shoplifter Sought By Police

Police say she entered a blue Ford Escape with Wisconsin temporary plate A85-22Y and was last seen driving east on Center St.

BROOKFIELD, WI — Police in Brookfield say they're looking for a shoplifting suspect after a woman fled Kohl's Department Store with merchandise.

According to police, on Tuesday just before 11 a.m. a woman fled Kohls Department Store with concealed merchandise. Police describe her as a black female wearing a black headband, pink fleece, gray sweatpants, and gray boots. She entered a blue Ford Escape with Wisconsin temporary plate A85-22Y and was last seen driving east on Center St. At 10:54 a.m.

Brookfield police say the Wauwatosa Police Department located her, and attempted to stop her vehicle. The woman did not stop for officers and was last seen driving north on Mayfair Road.
