One Wisconsin High School Topped Every Other For National Merit Semifinalists (patch.com) — Students from Brookfield East, Brookfield Central, and Brookfield Academy are among Wisconsin's newly announced National Merit Scholarship semifinalists, with Brookfield East ranking third statewide for total honorees. West Allis officer accused of putting his knee on man's neck pleads not guilty (wisn.com) — A police chase involving a damaged, unplated car ended in Brookfield, where officers arrested one of two fleeing men. The suit seeks to require warrants before officers can track a vehicle's movements through the camera network, which includes more than 120 devices countywide and millions of searches from outside agencies.
